Taking Some Needed Time Off

This is my first blog since I found out my body was telling me I should be taking some needed time off. You see, I have been wearing myself thin trying to do 10 things at the same time. While I recognize there are only 24 hours in a day, I have continued to fit a few hundred items in my agenda of thing to do every single day.

  1. Stayed off the Computers and Phones
  2. Stored Enough Food Supply For The Week In Refrigerator
  3. Arranged Alternate Transportation For The Kids
  4.  Got Help From My Husband On A lot Of Things

At the end of my 1 weeks Hiatus, I have regained about 30% of my energy back and I am hoping for more. Sometimes, we just need to take some time off and focus on health. I did and it helped me a great deal. On the plus side, my vision is better too.  I hope to continue to rest while I get back to working and chatting with my lifestyle inkers. I will, however, be taking it one day at a time. For those that may be concerned about my health, I AM NOT DYING. Hehehehe. I am seeing my doctor tomorrow for my latest test results, and I will keep everyone updated. If you are like me and you find that you may be feeling physically drained, now might be the time to try taking some needed time off. Health is wealth and no amount of money can replace your well-being. I hope to be back soon, but if you don’t despair – all is well.
