Hello, All

I started writing this post weeks ago when I started feeling fatigued and relentlessly uneasy. My belly felt like Mohammad Ali was practicing for his next match. Needless to say, I came back some days later to find that my blog was being used to hack and spam other sites. Oh, my! All I have to say is this, it is good to be back Y’all. Let me get back to where I was weeks ago . . .

First, I’d like to say a special thank you to everyone who has reached out over the last few weeks. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude. I have some news about the baby, how can I not share? During my last appointment, I found out some unexpected new . . . good news.

I found out the sex of the baby! I was only 16 weeks in so I did not expect to know the sex of the baby so soon, but because I am considered high risk, my doctor does an ultrasound during every appointment. It’s a baby boy!

Pardon all the exclamation marks guys, it’s my new pregnancy disease. We will call it “The Neema Syndrome. ” I am beyond excited to be having another child – now I am. I have two girls who I adore so much.

There is a joke in my home now where my husband and kids remind me that I would no longer be allowed to use the phrase “Come on girls” anymore. With the sex of the new addition, I would have to find some other creative way to “group” the kids into one. I am thinking  “kiddos”, “Rugrats” . . . no? Okay. The jury is out on that one.

I just wanted to use this medium to say that I have been MIA because I have been on bed rest and unable to LIVE! As I get closer to my due date, I am finding that I have a little more energy.  I will be back more often and No I am not gone forever. As long as this baby allows it.

I have some lovely posts planned for a lot of the sections so look out for those. In the meantime, look out for my twitter page, it is a work in progress but I need your help.  Also, check out the homepage for recent updates.

A new baby is in town MyLifestyleInkers.
